AWCP Reading Lists

 Level 1 Ayurveda Foundation Program

The Level 1 reading list will introduce students to the fundamental principles of Ayurveda. The primary text for all Level 1 modules is the AWCP Level 1 Manual. The manual has 5 core required sections, one for each core module AWC 1-5, and is the only text required to be studied during the course of Level 1 training. The manual will be handed out on the first day of class and nothing is required to be read prior to the training. A few additional texts are recommended to help students comprehend the concepts of Level 1 training, but they are not required reading.
