Ayurveda Foundation Program
The reading list will introduce students to the fundamental principles of Ayurveda. The primary text for all modules is the program manual. The manual has 5 core required sections, one for each core module AWC 1-5, and is the only text required to be studied during the course of training. The manual will be handed out on the first day of class and nothing is required to be read prior to the training. A few additional texts are recommended to help students comprehend the concepts of the training, but they are not required reading.
