Three Pillars of Team Practice

Sevanti Wellness (SW) is a growing online Vidya-based practice collective looking for inspired Ayurveda Counselors, Yoga Therapists, and Vedic Astrologers to join our team. Join us from your home practice and benefit from the Three Pillars of SW Team Practice: (1) practitioner community, (2) professional development, and (3) virtual tools. These pillars are essential to growing your practice from home. Why practice alone when we can thrive within professional, social, academic, and clinical community support? Grow your practice with us.

Practice in Community

Join the SW Team Practice and immerse yourself in professional, social, academic, and clinical teamwork. Learn from and share with your peers. Enroll in our mentorship program. Practicing alone can be alienating and limiting to your career. Healers grow best in community.

Professional Development

We want to empower your practice. In addition to community, we offer in-house mentorships, professional development workshops, online recorded courses from practice management instructors, downloadable PDFs, and continued education to help you rise and expand your practice skillset.

Virtual Tools

SW virtual tools include access to our client booking platform, automated notifications, encrypted data storage, and intake forms. Control your availability and rates. Client payments are deposited directly into your bank account. DM team members and mentors on our Slack channel.

Healers Grow Best in Community

After years of personal study, hard work, and costly investment, graduates of most wellness schools are on their own. They need the support of their professional community more than ever, but schools have little to offer past graduation. Are you struggling to maintain the inspiration you had in your study courses? Do you feel like you’re practicing in the dark? Are your skills being challenged and inspired to grow, or are they fading? When you have questions about a client case, do you have people to lean into? It turns out that only a tiny percentage of Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and Vedic Astrology students go on to practice their trade professionally long-term.

At Sevanti Wellness, we believe that the wisdom of your practice will grow with time and experience and should be nurtured within a clinical community. The SW Team Practice serves as a community lifeline to those who work in solo practices. We have each other to lean on, run clinical questions by, and learn from. We aim to provide the social glue, clinical setting, technical tools, and practice competency needed for practitioners to grow. As humans, we can only grow together.

Community Benefits

Bi-weekly Clinical Gatherings – Vitalize your practice. Learn from and share with your peers. Each clinical department – Ayurveda Counseling, Yoga Therapy, and Vedic Astrology- will hold its own virtual meetings every two weeks. Use this time to share challenging cases and clinical methods, present findings from your work, share new practice methods, and share resources relevant to each discipline’s unique practice system.

Monthly Informal Gatherings – Join these casual virtual meetings, open to practice members across all three departments, to meet and greet, learn from each other’s practices and specialties, and deepen social connections. These meetings are the perfect space to ask questions and workshop new ideas. Whether concerning your practice, managing clients, workshops, or anything else relevant to the Sevanti sangha, these monthly virtual calls are the backbone of our community of practitioners.

Community and Individual Support – All directors and member practitioners can support one another. Gain access to our wide range of clinical and academic professionals who can provide advice and support on a limitless range of issues impacting your practice.

  • Practitioners within each practice department form a community support network. Learn from your team.
  • Clinical feedback on challenging cases. Improve your case management skills.
  • Grow your practice by offering workshops to showcase your expertise.
  • Professional development workshops to help you improve business skills and meet your practice goals.
  • Position opportunities such as mentoring, teaching, and tutoring

Clinical Mentorship Program – This is an optional service available for those wanting to be held to a higher standard of accountability.

Growth Opportunities – Allow your practice to evolve in a community setting as you reach more clients, expand your clinical skills, and gain experience teaching workshops to your fellow practitioners and our sister student community at Sevanti Institute.

Cross Referrals – Receive and send referrals from practice members across all disciplines at Sevanti Wellness. Highlight your practice specialty topics, and others will refer clients to you.

Practice Membership Fees

Practice Membership Fee: $200 per month

At Sevanti Wellness, we want you to keep your hard-earned revenue. To join our practice team, we require all practitioners to pay a flat monthly Practice Membership Fee of $200. Practitioner members will retain 100% of their client booking fees minus only the merchant transaction costs (2.9% + 30 cents per transaction). By contrast, most wellness centers will charge you a percentage of your client fees. Some as high as 60%. We want you to feel the abundance of doing what you love.

Our costs are lower than traditional wellness clinics because we are virtual. The Practice Membership Fee will cover the administrative and technical costs required to keep you on board. That is just a fraction of the hard costs of renting a physical room at a physical wellness center, which can run as high as $1500 monthly for a full-time practice space.
